In Â鶹´«Ã½ Online (D2L) we now have a virtual assistant to help with all things Â鶹´«Ã½ Online, click Get Help in the bottom right corner of Â鶹´«Ã½ Online to get help now!
To better support Â鶹´«Ã½ students, faculty, and staff Â鶹´«Ã½ has contracted an agreement with D2L’s End User Support services, marking the first time in Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s history that End User Support for Â鶹´«Ã½ Online will be available 24/7/365 to all users!Ìý
Now that the Â鶹´«Ã½ Online Virtual Assistant has been loaded, Ìýall usersÌý are expected to use the Virtual Assistant as theirÌý first point of contact for how-to, and technical questions regarding Â鶹´«Ã½ Online.Ìý If questions cannot be answered by the Virtual Assistant they will be directed to the appropriate office at Â鶹´«Ã½.
If Â鶹´«Ã½ Online is down (you cannot access it or log into it) you should contact University Technology Support atÌý
