Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Ag to Host 53rd Annual Bull Sale March 7

MACOMB, IL - - The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Illinois University School of Agriculture will host the 53rd Annual Bull Sale on Friday, March 7, at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Livestock Center. The sale will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will feature a high-quality selection of bulls, including Angus, Simmental, Percentage Simmental and Red Angus.

The event, held at 2265 Wigwam Hollow Road in Macomb, showcases the commitment of Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s nationally recognized agriculture program to livestock excellence and hands-on student learning. Proceeds from the sale support the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ School of Agriculture, helping provide students with valuable experiences in livestock evaluation, breeding and marketing.

"This is a unique hands-on opportunity for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students and a tradition that spans over 53 years. Not only are we providing quality bull genetics to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Illinois and beyond, but differentiating our college experience from the masses," Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Ag Associate Professor Keela Trennepohl said.
