Poem in Your Pocket Day Spring 2017

The English Department faculty and staff participated in Poem in Your Pocket Day!

Poem in Your Pocket Day is celebrated by choosing a poem to carry with you throughout the day – reading and sharing it with people you meet. University Libraries had members of the Â鶹´«Ã½ and Macomb community submit their personal poems to display and distribute to participants on the 2nd floor of Malpass Library for this day. This was a great opportunity to not only share the impact of poetry but be a part of building a supportive community.
